The Baiting House is a Michelin Guide-listed country pub and restaurant on the Worcestershire-Herefordshire border, with luxury lodges and rooms in the heart of rural Herefordshire. Head chef Charles Bradley has led our kitchen for a decade, cooking assured, seasonal modern British food that's earned us a place in the Michelin Guide every year since we reopened in 2016. We have five Deluxe Lodges with private hot tubs and fully fitted kitchens, six Studio Lodges (four with hot tubs), and three characterful pub bedrooms — all dog-friendly, all with fire pits, and all within walking distance of the bar. Free parking. No corporate nonsense. Just proper food, a warm welcome, and somewhere worth leaving home for.
