We are a small family run business, specialising in Staffordshire Oatcakes and Pikelets. We are one of only a handful of shops that still handpour every single oatcake and pikelet using recipes dating back to the early 1900's. We also provide hot filled oatcakes, sandwiches, baps and baguettes cooked right in front of you on our traditional baxton cooking range.. We pride ourselves on high standards, with our continuous 5☆ food hygiene rating. Our little shop has also featured on TV, look out for us on the Staffordshire edition of 'Come Dine With Me' to name just one..
