La Paz Coffee is a permanent specialty coffee pop up in the heart of Hanley's Smithfield regeneration district, Stoke-on-Trent. We're all about third-wave coffee done properly: carefully sourced beans, expert brewing and a real focus on flavour. The shop is run by Ivan, who grew up on a coffee farm in Bolivia and brings a genuine, hands-on understanding of coffee from the ground up. Our house beans come from Cuppers Choice, one of the UK's most respected specialty roasters, known for responsible sourcing and full traceability. We also rotate a selection of guest beans, so there's always something new to try. We also offer a range of cakes and sweet treats. Pop in for your daily flat white or slow down with something to eat.
