Hi, I’m Nia, the heart and hands behind Off the Paige Desserts, a small bakery based in Whittlesey. Every pie I bake is made fresh to order, from scratch, with love and passion for traditional American desserts. Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my love for American sweet treats runs deep—from rich Chocolate Silk Pie to classic Apple Pie and indulgent Peanut Butter Cream Pie. Every bite is a little taste of the USA, baked right here in Whittlesey. But this business isn’t just about desserts; it’s about family and passion. My daughter Paige is my greatest inspiration, and I even named my bakery after her! She’s the reason I took the leap to turn my lifelong love for baking into something special to share
