We use locally sourced produce wherever possible. Our bread is from award winning Peter Cooks Bread. Our high quality meats are sourced from neighbouring county of Gloucestershire & Madresfield Estate. We hand make & press on the grill all our burgers as well as make our own sausage patties & cure our own range of products falling back on our butchery heritage. We use Pershore Produce for all our seasonal ingredients.
