Welcome to Spelt and Rye. We are a locally-owned, family-ran artisan bakery based in Hucknall. Our breads and viennoiserie pastries are made using traditional techniques, and are baked fresh on-site every morning. We stock a range of local produce in the shop alongside our delicious baked goodies!
