Bakery Cottage is a home bakery within Melton Mowbray run by Helen in a 5* approved kitchen. I'm all about hearty delicious food made by hand with the highest quality ingredients. I specialise in decadent treats which make excellent gifts, a special thank you or to simply spoil yourself. I make Brownie and Blondie Treat boxes (most weekends) and If you follow me on facebook or instagram you will be kept up to date with all of my baking. All of my delicious things to eat are baked to order. Most popular current Brownie and Blondie recipes are kinder, biscoff, lemon drizzle, rhubarb and custard, salted caramel, caramel cornflake, chocolate chip and pistachio and white chocolate.
