Our family – Gill, Tom and Ed – are now the third and fourth generations of farmers and butchers in the Armstrong family. We combine the best of the traditional farming values we have inherited from our parents and grandparents with a desire to keep improving what we do and looking to the future. This is our life – and we bring a huge amount of passion, skill and experience to everything we do. At Ginger Butchers, we are passionate about what we do and committed to providing the highest standards in every aspect.
