HVL comprises the Library, a cafe (Biblio's), Art Gallery (exhibiting and selling local art), a book exchange, two public computers and printing and photocopying facilities. Warwickshire Libraries books are held, as well as Harbury's own collection. It also acts as a community hub, selling tickets for local organisations and providing a venue for musical and other events. The Library is open 10 - 4.30 Monday and Tuesday and 9.15 - 4.30 Wednesday to Friday and on Saturday 10am-Noon. Biblio's Cafe is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9.15-Noon and Saturday 10-Noon. The cafe serves freshly ground coffee and home-baked cakes made with Fairtrade, organic or local produce. The Library and Cafe can be booked for private or community events.
