We are a one of small group of independent Hamburger restaurants. Uncle Sams first opened in Brighton 1971 when we were the only place to get a real hamburger in the south. Today we have 12 sites and still make the best burgers (and veggie and chicken meals) you can buy. We start cooking only when you give us your order. Nothing is made and kept in a hot box – everything is freshly cooked. We put a grilled lean Beef Pattie topped with lettuce and red onions and your choice of sauces and toppings in a toasted bun to make the best you can buy. We serve French fries, triple thick real dairy milk-shakes, fizzy drinks, onion rings and mozzarella fingers all freshly made to your order. Come round for a feast today
