We are a family run business that sell breakfasts, burgers and freshly made hot and cold rolls/batches/cobs, hot/cold drinks and snacks. We also make home-made brownies, tiffin and fruit filled flapjacks. We also cook daily specials such as Pork & Stuffing, Beef Brisket, Crispy Chicken Wraps, Home-made Chilli Con Carne and more. We use fresh and locally sourced produce where available. Balmers’ have a regular pitch but we are also available to hire for events and parties and can provide business buffet lunches.
