Rossiters Organic Butchers is owned and run by Steve Rossiter, a master butcher for over 25 years and in the trade for over 30 years. We provide high quality, locally produced organic and free range meat from our base in Bournville, South Birmingham. Rossiters have been serving the community of Bournville and the surrounding areas for over 25 years, but there has been a butchery business in the premises since at least the 1920s. Rossiters Organic Butchers is the first and only butchers in Birmingham registered as organic with the Soil Association, providing high quality organic meat since 1999.
