Located on the main High Street in Digbeth, next door to the O2 Institute. Redcorc has celebrated its first year of trading in March 2025, Year one was a pop-up bar for events, but going into our second year we are going to launch breakfast menus and lunch menus as we have had a great feedback on our food and service over the past year. Look out for a new menu coming out in June 25, still going with our theme mates plates and sharing platters - and increasing our range on our popular dishes, and pizza menu
