KIBOU Birmingham - a new Japanese restaurant in the heart of the city. KIBOU is opening this autumn in Birmingham, bringing Japanese food, drink & design to 61-63 Temple Row in Colmore Row. The menu covers handmade sushi and sashimi, ramen, tempura, katsu curry, bao buns and spiced pork gyoza, made fresh each day across an open sushi bar and hot kitchen. Signature dishes include the Volcano Roll and our Jo Moriawase sashimi platter. At the bar: Japanese whisky, sake and umeshu from Akashi-Tai, signature cocktails and highballs.
