The Tasting Club is a new and exciting ingredient- led pop up restaurant in the Derby & Ashbourne area. Newly renovated in February this year, with the idea of giving food lovers a memorable dining experience with a fun and friendly atmosphere that is unrivalled in the local area. In 2025 they were crowned Best Restaurant in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire. Chef/ Owner George Bloor was named Best Chef in Derbyshire at the young age of 21. Now having over ten years of experience cooking in Michelin awarded kitchens around the country, he has decided to set up his first solo venture.. The Tasting Club in Brailsford.
